SP Televisão delivers a solidarity cheque to APAV

To accomplish it social responsibility policy, SP Televisão delivered yesterday, 30 January, a solidarity voucher with the amount of €2,155 to the Portuguese Association for Victim Support (APAV). The amount raised will be used to rehabilitate a shelter for victims of violence, as explained by the president of APAV, Dr. João Lázaro. The ceremony took place at SP Televisão and was attended by the actress Inês Castel-Branco.

This was the 5th edition of the SP Televisão wardrobe sale, but the first with a solidarity component. The event aimed to raise awareness and help combat the serious problem of domestic violence, a theme that has always been present in the telenovela More Than Love.

Around 100 items of clothing were sold, out of a total of 120, and the prices ranged between €15 and €150. The wardrobe sale took place between 23 and 26 January, at the SP Televisão studios.
