WILD LAND and NAZARÉ win World Media Festival

SIC telenovelas, produced by SP Televisão, were awarded at the 21st. edition of the World Media Festivals | Television & Corporate Media Awards. Wild Land and Nazaré are the big winners this year, in the telenovela category, collecting the two most important medals, gold and silver, respectively.

This is the fourth consecutive year that national fiction, broadcast by SIC and produced by SP Televisão, is awarded at this festival, in Germany, which in this edition had 795 participations from 32 countries.

It is recalled that in previous years, Portugal won three gold medals with the telenovelas Heart and Soul (2019), Frozen Memories (2018) and Salty Sea (2017).

The World Media Festivals | Television & Corporate Media Awards aims to honor and celebrate excellence in content production on the most diverse platforms, whether television, internet or paper, on an international scale. An important recognition that places the fiction of SIC and SP Televisão, once again, among the best in the World.
