AO LARGO, the new series by SP Televisão for RTP, premiere on July 31
“The humor is essential in Portuguese fiction”, said Jorge Marecos, Director of SP Televisão, in the presentation of the series AO LARGO, produced for RTP, presented on the 18th July at Voz do Operário, Lisbon.
In that time, the Content Director of SP Televisão, Pedro Lopes, complimented all the team and the cast for the excellent produced work.
The Director of Programs at RTP, José Fragoso, said that the series of 13 episodes, that is going to be released on July 31, “is part of RTP1´s strategic line, whose goal is to assure diversity and quality in the offer of fiction projects. Therefor, Ao Largo is a familiar show destiny to all that is going to take a daily slot of prime time, right after the newscast, in a summer and vacation period for most audiences.”
The presentation session counted with the presence of the series cast, with emphasis on the main characters, Renato Godinho and Mikaela Lupu, as well as a large presence of the media.
AO LARGO is a drama and comedy series of 13 episodes of 45 minutes, that approaches the story of a family from a small community, marked by a young lady on the run and by a father in trouble. They have everything to be apart from each other, but the love will unit them.
Funny and chill, AO LARGO has all the ingredients to please a familiar audience of all ages.
