Emotions on premiere night of LEADING ROLE

Actors and the heads of SIC and SP Televisão met with the press on Monday 25th at the Impresa building to watch the first episode of the novela LEADING ROLE together.

The event was attended by Daniel Oliveira, general director of Entertainment at SIC, Daniel Cruzeiro, executive director (SIC), Monica Balsemão, director of marketing, communication and creativity at the Impresa group and the heads of SP Televisão, Jorge Marecos, administrator, Francisco Barbosa, production director of the telenovela, and the author, Ana Casaca, with her team.

Around two dozen actors from the cast were present, including Carolina Carvalho, Margarida Vila-Nova, Ângelo Rodrigues, José Mata, Mafalda Vilhena, Victoria Guerra, Renato Godinho and Joaquim Monchique.

Daniel Oliveira said at the occasion:

"It's with great joy and delight that I see what they're doing in each scene, I'm very proud and I'm sure that, from now on, evening television will have a new reason for us all to be connected."

The novela LEADING ROLE is part of a transmedia project that includes a sitcom and a juvenile series for the OPTO platform.
