SP TELEVISÃO and SIC strengthen cooperation ties

SP Televisão and SIC signed an agreement last 31 March that runs until 2026, with a commitment to produce two telenovelas a year, thus continuing the history of cooperation between the two companies, now reinforced.

SP Televisão, founded in 2007, has produced around four dozen telenovelas and fiction series for SIC, on a path of great success, with more than a hundred national and international awards and nominations, including an international Emmy for the telenovela Laços de Sangue in 2011.

SP Televisão's fiction products have been sold to five continents, proving their quality.

Gloria was the first Portuguese series shown on the Netflix platform, and is also an SP Televisão production.

The largest national fiction producer, SP Televisão, thus reinforces its cooperation with the largest Portuguese television channel, SIC, in a path that is intended to continue its success and audience conquest.
