New season of A Promessa premieres in the top

After the success of the first season, SIC is once again betting on the soap opera adapted from a Turkish original, produced by SP Televisão , by premiering another great season on November 18th.

Castelo Branco and Belmonte will be the stage for this new season of A Promessa, which also features the arrival of three more incredible actors, Pepê Rapazote, Joana Santos and Soraia Chaves, who bring to life characters that will provide more intrigue, passion and exciting twists and turns.

The premiere of the second season was a success, attracting an average of 824,000 viewers, or 8.7% average audience and 17.3% share.

Written by Inês Gomes and Cândida Ribeiro, A Promessa is an adaptation of an original Turkish series, whose story centers on the relationship between two families from different social strata, who end up getting involved in a secret agreement, which will give rise to conflicts and forbidden passions crossed in a complex web.
