Patrícia Tavares, Ricardo Pereira, and Diana Ginja shine at the Golden Globes with THE LAST WILL

SP Televisão has once again been recognized for the quality of its national fiction. At the 29th Golden Globes Gala, Patrícia Tavares was voted Best Actress in Fiction, Ricardo Pereira received the award for Best Actor in Fiction, and Diana Ginja received the Revelation award. All for their participation in the soap opera THE LAST WILL.

Patrícia Tavares shone in the role of Sofia Martins, the illegitimate daughter of Idalina and Raul and mother of Beatriz. After the big night, the actress gave us the following message: "Yesterday was a very happy day and night. I am very grateful to SP Televisão for this opportunity and for entrusting me with the role of Sofia. It was a huge honor to be nominated alongside such a fantastic group of actresses, and it was a great joy to receive the award from the hands of an incredible actor like Virgílio Castelo, with whom I had the privilege of making my debut. Thank you to everyone, without exception, especially Commander Manuel Amaro da Costa and my dear producer Bruno Oliveira. We are the best team!"

Ricardo Pereira stood out as Vicente Viana, son of Amélia, one of the longest-serving employees at the Novais estate.

The evening also brought recognition to a new star of Portuguese fiction. Rising actress Diana Ginja received the Revelation Award for her portrayal of the character Pipa (Filipa) Novais, daughter of Rafael and granddaughter of Raul. Motherless and deeply affected by her father's grief, Pipa is a lonely young woman who finds refuge in painting. Her vulnerability and sensitivity moved the audience and revealed the actress's promising talent.

Produced by SP Televisão, THE LAST WILL reinforces SP Televisão's commitment to telling relevant stories with technical and artistic excellence. The soap opera was coordinated by Manuel Amaro da Costa and directed by Bruno Oliveira and Hugo Xavier.

Written by Sandra Santos and Alexandre Castro, THE LAST WILL was directed by actresses Manuela Couto and Elsa Galvão and actor Hélder Agapito, whose experience and sensitivity were instrumental in bringing out the best in a hugely talented cast.

These awards confirm not only the individual merit of Patrícia Tavares, Ricardo Pereira, and Diana Ginja, but also the work of the creative and technical teams that make SP Televisão a benchmark in fiction production in Portugal.
